Important Information Regarding the Flu Vaccine
On 4 November, we will again administer the annual flu vaccine to everyone who receives an invitation letter. Due to a technical issue, the letters were unfortunately delivered late to PostNL. You can therefore expect to receive your letter from 29 October onwards. This letter will state the exact time and location where we expect you on 4 November.
If you have not received a letter by 3 November, but were expecting one because you received a flu vaccine last year, please send an email to assistent@huisartspraktijkaletta.nl. Please include your full name, date of birth, and write "Flu Vaccine" in the subject line. We will then check manually whether you are eligible this year.
Please note: There is no need to call the practice about the flu vaccine. We cannot provide any information regarding the flu vaccine over the phone.
